      【摘要】 目的 探讨成年男性血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与性激素水平的关系。方法 对2009年9~12月在
防城港市第一人民医院体检中心进行健康体检的1 922名成年男性进行横断面调查。分别采用电化学发光免疫
法、循环酶法测定血清性激素与Hcy水平。以多元线性回归分析Hcy与各性激素水平的相关关系。结果 年龄、
卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)及内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)在不同Hcy水平组中分布差异存在统
计学意义(P值分别为0.001、0.001、0.002、0.007及0.001)。在多元线性回归模型中,校正年龄、BMI、Ccr、吸烟、
饮酒及体力活动后,血清Hcy与E2呈正相关性(β=0.083,95%CI:0.039~0.127),而与FSH、LH、T及SHBG无相关
。结论 在健康成年男性中,空腹血清Hcy水平与E2独立相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between serum homocysteine (Hcy) and sex hormone in
adult males. Methods A total of 1 922 men aged 20 to 69 years who participated in the population-based Fangcheng-
gang Area Male Health and Examination Survey (FAMHES), which was carried out in Guangxi province of China
from September 2009 to December 2009, were assessed in this cross-section study. Serum sex hormone was measured
with electrochemiluminescence immunoassay. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed to analyze the associ-
ations between Hcy and sex hormones. Results Factors as age, the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), lu-
teinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2) and endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) differed significantly in four
groups of different Hcy levels (P=0.001, P=0.001, P=0.002, P=0.007 and P=0.001, respectively). In multiple linear re-
gression models, after adjustment for age, BMI, Ccr, smoking, drinking, and physical activity, serum Hcy had posi-
tive correlation with E2 (β=0.083, 95% CI: 0.039~0.127), but had no relationships with FSH, LH, T, and SHBG.
Conclusion In healthy males in Fangchenggang, E2 levels are independently associated with the Hcy levels.
