      【摘要】 肛提肌是盆底的主要肌肉，盆底功能障碍性疾病与肛提肌的损伤密切相关，而肛提肌的损伤主要
与女性妊娠及分娩相关。影像学检查对于肛提肌损伤的诊断有十分重要的作用，因此本文就女性肛提肌损伤的
产科因素及影像学研究进展做一综述。

【Abstract】 The main part of pelvic floor muscle is levator ani muscle. Pelvic floor dysfunction has a close re-
lationship with levator avulsion. There is a close relationship between levator avulsion and female pregnancy and de-
livery. It is very important to diagnose levator avulsion using imaging method. This article reviews the obstetrical fac-
tors of levator avulsion and the progress in the imaging research of levator avulsion.
