      【摘要】 目的 探讨UF-1000i尿液有形成分分析仪与XT-4000i新型多功能全自动血细胞分析仪、手工
显微镜三种方法检查胸腹水中红细胞(RBC)计数、白细胞 (WBC)计数及WBC分类的符合情况。方法 应用
XT-4000i、UF-1000i与手工显微镜法对 120份胸腹水标本进行检测,并以手工显微镜法作为参考方法,对
UF-1000i与XT-4000i在RBC计数、WBC计数和WBC分类检测结果进行相关性分析。结果 在胸腹水RBC
低浓度时,XT-4000i与手工显微镜法差异有统计学意义,UF-1000i与手工显微镜法差异无统计学意义。而
RBC≥1 000×106/L时,两台仪器与手工显微镜法差异无统计学意义。对于WBC计数,两台仪器与手工显微镜法
差异均无统计学意义。XT-4000i与手工显微镜法对于WBC分类计数差异无统计学意义。结论 UF-1000i、
XT-4000i能直接用于胸腹水标本的细胞计数,具有较高的临床应用价值,为体液细胞计数分类提供了一种可行
性方法。而RBC≤1 000×106时,UF-1000i具有更高的灵敏度,但UF-1000i无白细胞分类计数功能。两种方法均
不能完全替代手工法。

Value of different methods in the detection of hydrothorax and ascites cell components.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the compliance of red blood cells (RBC) count, white blood cell
(WBC) count and leukocyte classification of hydrothorax and ascites by the UF-1000i urine formed elements analyz-
er and XT-4000i multifunctional automatic blood cell analyzer. Methods One hundred and twenty hydrothorax
and specimens were detected by XT-4000i multifunctional automatic blood cell analyzer as the reference method.
The results of correlation analysis of RBC count, WBC count and leukocyte classification were analyzed by the
XT-4000i and the UF-1000i. Results In pleural and ascitic fluid low concentration RBC, XT-4000i and manual mi-
croscopy method had significant difference, UF-1000i and manual microscopy method had no significant difference.
No significant difference between two instruments and manual microscopy method when RBC≥1 000×106/L . The dif-
ference of the two instruments and manual microscopy method was not statistically significant in the WBC count. It is
no significant difference in leukocyte classification by the XT-4000i and manual microscopy method . Conclusion
The UF-1000i and the XT-4000i can be directly used for the cell count in the hydrothorax and specimens, which has
high clinical value and provides a feasible method for classification of body fluid cell count . The UF-1000i has more
advantages when RBC≤1 000×106/L, but the UF-1000i doesn't have the function of leukocyte classification. Both
two methods can not completely replace the manual method .
