【摘要】 目的 探讨肺结核合并2型糖尿病患者进行整体护理的临床效果。方法 2009年6月至2013年4
月因肺结核合并2型糖尿病在我院传染科住院的110例患者。随机分成两组，试验组55例，采用整体护理；对照
组55例，采用常规护理，观察两组患者肺结核治疗情况、血糖控制情况和患者满意度。结果 试验组肺结核治愈
率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.130，P=0.008)，血糖控制良好率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.550，
P=0.033)。试验组患者满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.815，P=0.004)。结论 整体护理能有效提高
肺结核合并2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效及满意度，值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the holistic nursing methods in the treatment of patients with pulmonary tu-
berculosis complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods One hundred and ten patients with pulmonary tuber-
culosis complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were given anti-TB drug therapy and diabetic treatment from
June 2009 to April 2013 were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n=55, treated with holistic nurs-
ing) and the control group (n=55, treated with conventional care). Results After treatment, the TB cure rate and good
rate of blood glucose control in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with sta-
tistically significant difference (χ2=7.130, P=0.008; χ2=4.550, P=0.033). Satisfaction of the observation group was higher
than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=8.815, P=0.004). Conclusion The holis-
tic nursing intervention can effectively improve the efficacy and satisfaction of tuberculosis with diabetes mellitus pa-
tients, which is worthy of clinical application.
