      标题:新疆某三甲医院行政管理人员培训需求分析

      【摘要】 目的 通过对该院行政管理人员的培训现状及培训需求的调查分析,了解目前医院行政管理人员
的培训满意度,明确医院行政管理队伍培训的需求,为建立规范化培训体系奠定基础。方法 采用自行设计的
“行政管理人员培训需求调查表”,调查全院行政管理人员的培训现状及培训需求。使用Epidata编制的录入程
序,集中统一录入。采用SPSS13.0统计分析软件进行数据分析,主要是构成比分析。结果 ①不同职务的行政
管理人员对医院培训现在的反馈略有不同,但普遍认为目前医院对培训很重视;② 59.2%以上的人认为培训有计
划;③影响培训效果的主要因素是“形式单调、课程内容对工作无太大帮助以及时间安排不太合适”;④对于医院
的培训重点而言,较为普遍的选择是“管理技能、专业技能、医院文化”。结论 ①应根据不同层面管理人员的培
训需求组织实施培训;②案例式培训得到行政管理人员的认同,值得推广;③行政管理人员比较认同培训安排在
工作日;④提出强化培训意识与理念、成立员工培训委员会、建立培训反馈机制、激励机制等建议。

【Abstract】 Objective To understood the satisfaction of present training, clarify about the demand which the
hospital administration troop trains, and lay the foundation for the establishment standardization training system.
Methods The administration stuff's training present situation and the demand were investigated in our hospital, us-
ing Epidata soft ware to input data and the SPSS13.0 to carry on the data analysis. Results ① The feedback of vari-
ous positions in the administrative staff of the hospital training is slightly different, but generally agreed that the hospi-
tal attached great importance to the training; ② More than 70% of people believed that training had the plan. ③ The
main factors affecting the effectiveness of training were monotonous form, curriculum content of the work without
much help, and time being not appropriate. ④ For the hospital's training focus, the more common choices were man-
agement skills, professional skills, and the hospital culture. Conclusion ① Different levels of management should
be based on the training needs of organization and implementation of training. ② Case-based training administrative
