标题：口腔鳞癌组织中PTEN的表达及其意义的Meta分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨 PTEN在口腔鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 计算机检索Cochrane Library、
Embase、PubMed、CNKI、VIP、万方、CBM等数据库，按照纳入与排除标准选择研究文献，并对文献进行异质性检
验，以病例组及对照组比值比(OR值)为效评价应指标，然后应用RevMan5.0.1软件对各研究原始数据进行Meta
分析。结果 最终进入Meta分析的文献13篇，其中口腔鳞癌组710例，正常口腔黏膜组323例。Meta分析结果
显示：PTEN在口腔鳞癌组与正常口腔黏膜对照组[OR=0.03，95%CI (0.01，0.06)]、口腔鳞癌高、中分化组与低分化
组[OR=5.08，95%CI (2.16，11.95)]、口腔鳞癌淋巴结转移组与非淋巴结转移组[OR=0.27，95%CI (0.09，0.85)]的表
达差异均有统计学意义。结论 基于目前相关研究，PTEN蛋白表达的下调在口腔鳞癌的发生、发展中起着重要
作用，其表达的异常可作为判断预后的参考指标之一。

Meta-analysis of expression and clinical significance of PTEN in oral squamous cell carcinoma.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Phosphatase and tensin homology
deleted on chromo-some 10 (PTEN) in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods The published studies were
searched in the Cochrane Library, Embase, PubMed, CNKI et al. Revman5.0.1 software was adopted to analyze the
correlation of PTEN and OSCC. Results A total of 13 case-control studies were included in the study, the case group
(OSCC group) was 710 cases and the control group was 323 cases (i.e. normal oral mucosa tissue, NOM). The meta
analysis of results showed that the expression of PTEN in oral squamous cell carcinoma was more significantly differ-
ent than normal tissue [OR (95%CI)] at 0.03(0.01,0.06)]. PTEN was related to differentiated degree, lymph node me-
tastasis (P<0.05) of OSCC positively. Conclusion The over expression of PTEN is closely related to occurrence and
development of OSCC, which may be valuable to the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of OSCC.
