标题：分根术联合纤维桩治疗下颌磨牙根分叉病变疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察分根术联合纤维桩治疗下颌磨牙的临床疗效。方法 48例患者共52颗根分叉病变Ⅲ
~Ⅳ度的下颌磨牙，经完善的根管治疗后行分根术，术后 6周复诊，采用MACRO-LOCKTM POST石英纤维桩，
SEALBONDTM双固化树脂水门汀，Z350纳米复合树脂材料恢复桩核，钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复。术后每隔3个月复
诊观察，通过临床和X线片检查评估修复体的临床疗效。结果 48例患者的52颗患牙经过1~3年的随访检查，
成功45例(86.5%)，失败7例(13.5%)。结论 分根术联合纤维桩治疗根分叉病变Ⅲ~Ⅳ度的下颌磨牙，是口腔临
床上一种可行的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of root separation combined with fiber posts in the treat-
ment of mandibular molars with root furcation. Methods After complete root canals therapy, 52 teeth from 48 pa-
tients were restored by MACRO-LOCKTM fiber posts, SEALBONDTMdual cure resin cement, Z350 nanometer compos-
ite resin material after the root separation. Then cobalt-chromium alloy metal-ceramic crowns were applied for restora-
tion. The patients were followed up every 3 months. The restoration effects were observed by clinical results and
X-ray. Results During the follow-up of 1 to 3 years, 45 of the 52 teeth (86.5%) were successfully restored, with 7
(13.5%) not. Conclusion It's a viable method to restore the mandibular molars with root furcation by combining root
separation with fiber posts.
