标题：Stryker锁定钢板治疗C型股骨远端骨折疗效分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨Stryker锁定钢板治疗C型股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法 对2009年10月到2011年
9月收治的19例C型股骨远端骨折患者均采用了股骨远端锁定钢板内固定治疗，其中男性12例，女性7例；年龄
24~58岁。按AO分类：C1型关节内骨折 10例，C2型 6例，C3型 3例。结果 18例患者获随访，随访时间 8~24个
月。参照Karlstrom制定的膝关节功能评定标准，优11例，良5例，中2例，优良率达88.9%。结论 Stryker锁定钢
板内固定是治疗C型股骨远端骨折的一种有效的方法，具有创伤小、固定可靠、愈合率高的特点，且螺钉方向具
有可调性，避免钢板位置放置不当螺钉进入关节腔的可能，是目前治疗股骨远端骨折较好的一种方法。

Treatment and experience of distal femur fractures in type C with Stryker locking plate.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the the clinical value of treatment of the distal femur fractures in type C us-
ing Stryker locking plate. Methods Clinical data of 19 patients, including 12 females and 7 males, with distal femur
fractures in type Ⅲ using locking plate were studied from October 2009 to September 2011．The age of the patients
at the time of surgery ranged from 24 years to 58 years. According to the AO classification, type C1 was 10 cases, type
C2 was 6 cases, type C3 was 3 cases. Results 18 patients had been followed up from 6 months to 24 months．The re-
sults were excellent in 11 cases, good in 5 cases, moderate in 2 cases according to Karlstrom standard. The knee joint
function scores showed that the excellent and good rate was 88.8%. Conclusion Stryker locking plate is an ideal
choice for the treatment of distal femur fractures in type C. In addition to improving the fixation strength and provid-
ing high bone-healing rate, these locking constructs enable flexible-angle stabilization of the screw which can avoid
the locking screw to the articular cavity when the locking plate is wrongly placed.
