标题：腮裂囊肿的多层螺旋CT诊断价值

      【摘要】 目的 评价多层螺旋CT (MSCT)对腮裂囊肿的诊断价值。方法 收集经术前CT扫描并手术病理
证实的侧颈部囊性病变30例。结果 根据Work及Bailey分型：第一腮裂囊肿5例，Ⅰ型2例，Ⅱ型3例；其中有窦
道及脓肿1例；第二腮裂囊肿24例，Ⅰ型4例，Ⅱ型16例，Ⅲ型3例，Ⅳ型1例；合并感染者6例。第三腮裂囊肿1
例。结论 MSCT尤其是冠状及矢状面重建图像可对病变进行精确定位及明确分型，并对病变与周围结构的关
系是否合并感染进行准确判断和评价，为手术治疗提供详细的影像依据。

Value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of branchial cleft cyst.

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the MSCT diagnostic values of branchial cleft cysts. Methods 30 cases
with cysts in the lateral neck which were confirmed by surgery and pathology were collected. Results According to
Work and Bailey's type, among 5 cases of first brachial cleft cyst, 2 cases belong to type Ⅰ and 3 cases belong to type
Ⅱ, including 1cases of sinus and abscess. According to Work and Bailey's type, among 24 cases of second brachial cleft
cysts, 4 cases belong the type Ⅰ, 16 cases belong to type Ⅱ, 3 cases belong to type Ⅲ and only 1 case belong to type
Ⅳ. Six cases were accompanied with infection. Only 1 case belong to third brachial cleft cyst. Conclusion MSCT, es-
pecially the coronal and sagittal reconstruction images, can pinpoint lesions and clear type, and accurately determine
the relationship between lesion and surrounding structures, and whether the infection exists, which provide detailed im-
ages for surgical treatment.
