标题：子宫内膜异位症患者白细胞介素-8的变化与复发的关系

      【摘要】 目的 研究子宫内膜异位症患者复发与白细胞介素8 (IL-8)的关系。方法 随机选取2013年11月
至2014年5月在我院妇科经腹腔镜及病理确诊为子宫内膜异位症患者67例(内异症组)，术后随访18个月，其中临
床复发21例(复发组)，未复发40例(未复发组)，失访6例。另选取30例同期健康育龄妇女为对照组。检测各组受
检者在位内膜 IL-8 mRNA的表达。结果 内异症组患者的在位内膜 IL-8 mRNA表达值为(20.58±6.43)，其中复发
组表达值为(16.25±4.21)，未复发组为(1.48±0.66)，而对照组为(1.61±0.76)。内异症组在位内膜 IL-8 mRNA表达值
均高于未复发组和对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；复发组 IL-8 mRNA表达值亦均高于未复发组和对照
组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；而未复发组 IL-8 mRNA表达值与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
结论 子宫内膜异位症患者和复发患者的在位内膜 IL-8 mRNA表达异常；未复发患者的 IL-8 mRNA表达接近正
常。IL-8参与子宫内膜异位症的发生和发展。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between interleukin-8 and endometriosis recurrence.
Methods Sixyt-seven cases were diagnosed as endometriosis (endometriosis group) and underwent endoscopic sur-
gery in the department of Gynecology of Shenzhen People's Hospital from November 2013 to May 2015. Of these, 21
cases experienced recurrence (recurrence group), with 6 cases having no follow-up information and 40 cases having no
recurrence (no recurrence group) 18 months afterwards. Thirty healthy women were selected as the control group. The
expression levels of IL-8 mRNA in patients with endometriosis were detected before and after surgery. Results Expres-
sion levels of IL-8 mRNA in eutopic endometrium of endometriosis group, recurrence groupis, no recurrence group and
control group were respectively (20.58±6.43), (16.25±4.21), (1.48±0.66) and (1.61±0.76). IL-8 mRNA expression in endo-
metriosis group and recurrence group were significantly higher than that in no recurrence group and control group with
statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in IL-8 mRNA expression
in eutopic endometrium between no recurrence group and control group (P>0.05). Conclusion There is a significant in-
crease in the expression of IL-8 mRNA in eutopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis and recurrent. IL-8
mRNA expression level in patients without recurrence is very close to healthy people. IL-8 may play an important role
in the occurrence and progression of endometriosis.
