      【摘要】 目的 对海南产沉香挥发油的成分进行研究。方法 采用低温-动态-微波法及气相色谱-质谱
(GC-MS)联用技术,以固相微萃取顶空进样,提取并分析国产沉香挥发油中的化学成分。结果 从海南产沉香样
品挥发油中检出54种化合物,占总峰面积的43.23%,主要为倍半萜类、芳香族和脂肪酸类化合物。其中倍半萜类
化合物检出26个,相对总含量达36.87%,尤以β-瑟林烯和沉香螺旋醇含量较高,分别为6.47%和4.63%。结论
南产沉香挥发油中的倍半萜成分丰富,可为进一步质量控制研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the volatile oil components from Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum produced in
Hainan. Methods The volatile components were extracted by low temperature-dynamic microwave method and gas
chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) technique, with solid-phase microextraction (SPME) for head-space injec-
tion. The constituents in volatile oil were analyzed. Results Fifty-four compounds were detected and identified from
the agarwood sample, representing 43.23% of the total volatile oil. The compounds mainly included ingredients like es-
quiterpenes, benzene compounds and fatty acids. Twenty-six esquiterpenes have been identified and the total relative con-
tents accounted for 36.87%, mainly β-selinene (6.47%) and agarospirod (4.63%). Conclusion The volatile oil of agar-
wood sample produced in Hainan contains rich esquiterpenes.
