标题：改良胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术在胃肠手术中的应用价值

      【摘要】 目的 探讨改良胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术在胃肠道手术中的应用价值。方法 选取2009年10月
至2012年6月期间在我院行胃肠道手术的患者64例，随机分为观察组和对照组各32例，观察组患者实施改良胃
空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术，对照组患者实施传统标准胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术，观察比较两组患者手术时间、术中
出血量以及术后吻合口瘘、出血、Roux-en-Y滞留综合征以及碱性反流性胃炎等并发症的发生情况。结果 观察
组患者手术时间和术中出血量显著少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；术后进行10~24个月随访，观察
组患者的术后吻合口瘘、出血、Roux-en-Y滞留综合征以及碱性反流性胃炎等并发症的发生率为12.5% (4/32)，显
著少于对照组的34.4% (11/32)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 改良胃空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术操作简单，
手术时间和术中出血量显著减少，且术后并发症少，值得在临床推广与应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the value of improved gastrojejunostomy Roux-en-Y anastomosis in gastro-
intestinal surgery. Methods Sixty-four patients cases which needed gastrointestinal surgery were selected from Octo-
ber 2009 to June 2012. They were randomly divided into observation group (32 cases) and the control group (32 cases).
The observation group was given improved gastrojejunostomy Roux-en-Y anastomosis surgery, while the control group
was given traditional standard gastrojejunostomy Roux-en-Y anastomosis surgery. The operative time, blood loss, and
anastomotic leakage, bleeding, Roux-en-Y syndrome and alkaline reflux gastritis incidence of complications were com-
pared between the two groups. Results The operative time and blood loss of the observation group were significantly
less than those in the control group (P<0.05); after postoperative 10 to 24 months follow-up, the operation anastomotic
leakage, bleeding, Roux-en-Y syndrome and alkaline reflux gastritis incidence of complication rate was 12.5% (4/32),
significantly less than 34.4% (11/32) of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Improved gastrojejunostomy
Roux-en-Y anastomosis is simple, with the less operative time, blood loss, and less postoperative complications.
