      【摘要】 目的 研究microRNA-34a (miR-34a)对膀胱肿瘤细胞株5637细胞迁移、侵袭和增殖的影响。方法
5637细胞株中过表达miR-34a,运用小室迁移实验和小室侵袭实验检测细胞迁移力和侵袭力;运用血球计数板法和新
型四唑氮盐(MTS)法检测细胞增殖力。结果 过表达miR-34a后,5637细胞迁移力和侵袭力均下降(P<0.01),细胞增
殖受抑(P<0.01)。结论 过表达miR-34能抑制膀胱肿瘤细胞株5637的迁移、侵袭和增殖。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of microRNA-34a (miRNA-34a) on cell migration, invasion
and proliferation of bladder cancer cell line 5637. Methods miR-34a was overexpressed in bladder cancer cell line
5637. Transwell migration assay and transwell invasion assay were performed to predict cell migration ability and in-
vasion ability, respectively. Cell proliferation was assessed by cell counting assay and MTS assay. Results The over-
expression of MiR-34a significantly down-regulated cell migration and cell invasion of bladder cancer cell line 5637
(P<0.01), and significantly decreased cell proliferation (P<0.01). Conclusion The overexpression of microRNA-34a
inhibits cell migration, invasion and proliferation in bladder cancer cell line 5637.
