标题：实时三维超声心动图评价心力衰竭患者左室收缩功能的价值

      【摘要】 目的 运用实时三维超声心动图技术（RT-3DE）评价心力衰竭患者左室收缩功能的变化。方法 选择左
心衰竭患者104例为心力衰竭组和健康者74例为对照组。运用RT-3DE测量左心室舒张末期的容积(LVEDV)、收缩末
期的容积(LVESV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果 左心衰竭组患者的LVEDV、LVESV均明显大于对照组(P<0.001)，
而LVEF明显小于对照组(P<0.001)。LVEF与LVEDV值呈负相关(r=-0.628)。结论 实时三维超声心动图技术
能够准确测量左室容积及LVEF，可有效评价左心衰竭患者左室收缩功能的变化。

Evaluation of left ventricular systolic function in patients with heart failure disease using real-time
three-dimensional echocardiography.

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate left ventricular systolic function (LVSF) in patients with heart failure dis-
ease using real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE). Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with
left heart failure disease (the study group) were acquired using RT-3DE. The end diastolic volume (EDV), end systolic
volume (ESV), stroke volume (SV) and ejection fraction (EF) of left ventricule were measured, and compared with
those of 74 healthy volunteers (the control group). Results The LVEDV, LVESV and SV in the study group were sig-
nificantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.001), but LVEF was significantly lower (P<0.001). Linear correl-
ative analysis showed that the decrease of LVEF was negatively correlated with the increase of LVEDV (r=－0.628).
Conclusion RT-3DE can measure left ventricle volume and LVEF accurately, and evaluate LVSF in patients with
left heart failure disease effectively.
