      【摘要】 目的 探讨手术切除加术中温水浴疗治疗肝癌的安全性及临床应用的意义。方法 回顾我院
2010年6月至2013年6月手术切除治疗肝癌73例，随机分成两组，A组37例(研究组)采取手术切除加术中温水
浴疗治疗，B组(对照组)36例采取单纯手术切除治疗。比较两组的手术前后免疫功能变化、术后并发症、死亡率、
恢复时间、复发率、生存率以及治疗费用等指标差异。结果 两组在术后并发症、死亡率、术后恢复时间及治疗
费用方面相似，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，但在免疫功能变化方面两组差异显著，具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，
研究组术后复发率较对照组低，而生存率较对照组高，两者间差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 手术切除加
术中温水浴疗是一种安全、有效的肝癌综合治疗方法，其具有操作简单、价格便宜、微创或无创的特点，值得推广
应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the safety and significance of excision combined with warm bath thera-
py in the treatment of liver cancer. Methods The clinical data of 73 patients with liver cancer in our hospital from
June 2010 to June 2013 was retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: group A
(n=37, excision combined with warm bath therapy), group B (n=36, excision). The change of immunologic function
before and after surgery, postoperative complications, mortality, recovery time, the recurrence rate, survival rate, and
the cost of treatment between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no statistically signifi-
cant difference between the two groups in postoperative complications, mortality, postoperative recovery time and cost
of treatment (P>0.05), but the changes of immunologic function showed statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
Compared with the control group, the recurrence rate in study group was significantly lower, and the survival rate was
significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Excision combined with warm bath therapy is a safe, effective compre-
hensive treatment in liver cancer, which has the characteristics of operate simply, inexpensive, minimally invasive or
non-invasive. It should be widely applied.
