标题：光棒引导下气管插管在直接喉镜导致严重心动过缓患者中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 评价光棒引导气管插管在直接喉镜气管插管导致心率严重减慢患者中的应用价值。方法 回
顾性分析8例直接喉镜气管插管导致心率严重减慢的患者改行光棒引导气管插管成功的病例资料。分别记录患
者行不同方法插管前(T0)、插管即刻(T1)、光棒引导气管插管成功后3 min (T2)的心率(HR)变化。结果 直接喉镜
气管插管导致严重心动过缓的患者改行光棒引导气管插管成功，插管即刻(T1)时，HR比较有显著统计学意义
(P<0.05)；直接喉镜气管插管时，患者T1与T0比较，HR明显下降(P<0.05)；改用光棒引导气管插管，与T0时比较，患
者T1、T2时HR变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 光棒引导气管插管对患者刺激小，对直接喉镜气管插管
导致心率严重减慢的患者是一种安全有效的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value of lightwand-direction tracheal intubation in patients
with severe bradycardia caused by direct laryngoscopy tracheal intubation. Methods The clinical data of 8 patients
with severe bradycardia caused by direct laryngoscopy tracheal intubation who underwent successfully lightwand-di-
rection tracheal intubation were retrospectively analyzed. The patient's heart rates for different methods of intubation
were recorded before intubation (T0), intubation moment (T1), 3 minutes after lightwand-direction tracheal intubation
(T3). Results Lightwand-direction tracheal intubation was successfully performed in patients with severe bradycardia
caused by direct laryngoscopy tracheal intubation. HR showed statistically significant difference at intubation moment
(T1) between the two kinds of intubation methods (P<0.05). For direct laryngoscopy tracheal intubation, HR decreased
significantly at T1 and T0 (P<0.05), while for lightwand-direction tracheal intubation, HR at T1, T2 showed no signifi-
cant change with that at T0 (P>0.05). Conclusion Lightwand-direction tracheal intubation brings the patients with
small stimulation, which is a safe and effective method for the patients with severe bradycardia caused by direct laryn-
goscopy tracheal intubation.
