标题：不同肿瘤血清肿瘤标记物的相关性分析

      【摘要】 目的 研究12种常见血清肿瘤标志物在确诊恶性肿瘤中的敏感性和特异性及联合检测的辅助诊
断价值。方法 应用罗氏公司生产的Elecsys 2010和Elecsys 601全自动电化学发光分析仪，采用电化学发光法
检测肺癌组(49例)、肝癌组(31例)患者血清CA15-3、CA19-9、CA125、CA72-4、AFP、CEA、Cyfra21-1、β-HCG、
NSE、FPSA、TPSA、F/P，并与正常对照组(37例)比较。结果 肺癌组、肝癌组对标记物均较敏感，与正常对照组
比较，肺癌组血清CA15-3、CA125、TPSA、FPSA、Cyfra21-1水平差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)；肝癌组血清
CA19-9、CA125、AFP、Cyfra21-1水平差异有统计学意义 (P<0.01)。CEA + Cyfra21-1 + NSE、CA125 + CEA +
Cyfra21-1+NSE对肺癌的敏感性为98%，特异性为100%；CA19-9+CA125+CEA对肝癌的敏感性为86%，特异性
为100%；CA19-9+CA125+CEA+AFP对肝癌的敏感性为97%，特异性为100%。结论 适当的联合检测肿瘤标志
物对提高所观察的恶性肿瘤的敏感性和特异性具有一定临床意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the sensitivity, specificity, value of 12 common serum tumor markers and
combined detection in the diagnosis of malignant tumors. Methods The serum samples of 49 patients with lung can-
cer (lung cancer group) and 31 patients with liver cancer (liver cancer group) were collected, and tumor markers
CA15-3, CA19-9, CA125, CA72-4, AFP, CEA, Cyfra21-1, β-HCG, NSE, FPSA, TPSA, F/P were detected with
electrochemiluminescence method, applying Elecsys 2010 and Elecsys 601 automatic electrochemiluminescence ana-
lyzer produced by Roche. Meanwhile, the results were compared with 37 healthy individuals (the control group).
