标题：海南地区事业单位女性健康状况调查分析

      【摘要】 目的 了解海南地区事业单位女性健康状况。方法 对2010-2012年在我院参加体检的事业单位在
职女性的妇科体检情况进行分析。结果 近三年我院受检的8 778名事业单位女性中，2 687例患有妇科疾病，发生
率为30.61%，893例患有两种或者两种以上的妇科疾病。按照其发生率由高至低的顺序排列分别为：乳腺增生、宫颈
纳氏囊肿、乳腺囊肿、宫颈肥大、宫颈息肉、宫颈糜烂、乳腺纤维瘤、子宫腺肌病、宫颈炎等。其中发病率较高的是乳腺
增生(12.72%)、宫颈纳氏囊肿(13.07%)、乳腺囊肿(4.26%)及宫颈肥大(9.23%)。乳腺增生主要发生在50岁以下人群，
而且40岁以下人群的发病率偏高。宫颈纳氏囊肿、乳腺囊肿、宫颈肥大主要发生在40~50岁的群体中。结论 事业
单位50岁以下年轻女性妇科健康状况较差，应向她们普及妇科保健知识，积极改善其健康状况。

Investigation and analysis on the prevalence of gynecological diseases in the public institutions in Hainan area.

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the prevalence of gynecological diseases and provide suggestion for the
healthcare of the females. Methods Analysis was done on the gynecological situation of the females in the public in-
stitutions in Hainan from 2010 to 2012. Results A total of 8 778 women were physically checked, of which 2 687
(30.61%) were suffering from gynecological diseases, and 893 were suffering more than one kinds of gynecological
disease. The diseases from high to low in incidence were hyperplasia of breast (12.76% ), cervix Naboth cyst
(10.77%), breast cyst (9.98%), cervical hypertrophy (9.24%), cervical polyps, cervical erosion, breast fibroma, adeno-
myosis, cervicitis. Breast hyperplasia mainly occurred in the females under the age of 50, and the incidence was rela-
tively high in the females under 40 years old. Naboth cyst, breast cyst, cervical hypertrophy mainly occurred in the fe-
males aged 40~50 years old. Conclusion The females under 50 years old in the public institutions in Hainan have
poor gynecological health. The gynecological health knowledge should be popularized to improve their health.
