标题：首次住院精神分裂症患者自动出院原因调查分析

      【摘要】 目的 了解我院首次住院精神分裂症患者自动出院的原因。方法 根据文献资料设计相关因素
的调查表，对首次住院精神分裂症患者自动出院原因进行调查，与非自动出院患者进行比较。结果 与非自动
出院患者相比，精神分裂症患者亚急性病程、患者及家属的文化程度偏低差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)，而患者的性
别、经济状况以及居住地方三个因素差异均无统计学意义(P均﹥0.05)。结论 与亚急性病程入院的精神分裂症患
者及家属建立良好的医患关系，加强精神卫生知识的沟通，是减少自动出院和提高治疗依从性的有效措施。

Investigation on the reasons for against-advice discharge in the first hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.

【Abstract】 Objective To study the against-advice discharge reasons of in the first hospitalized patients with schizo-
phrenia. Methods Questionnaires designed based on literature were applied to investigate the against-advice discharge rea-
sons of schizophrenic inpatients. The results were compared with that of the patients with advice discharge. Results Com-
pared with patients of advice discharge, the patients of against-advice discharge showed statistically significant difference in
subacute course, low education degree of patients and their families (P<0.01), but not in gender, economic status and place of
residence (P>0.05). Conclusion To establish a good doctor-patient relationship and enhance mental health knowledge com-
munication is an effective measure to reduce against-advice discharge and improve the treatment compliance.
