标题：脐疗联合随身灸防治产后宫缩痛临床观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察脐疗联合随身灸预防产后宫缩痛的效果。方法 选择阴式分娩的经产妇 140例，
随机分成两组，观察组 70例，产后给予神阙穴贴敷盆痛消散，随身灸灸三阴交穴 1次/d，连续 3 d。对照组 70
例，按照产后护理常规护理。应用WHO疼痛分级，对两组产妇进行产后 24 h、48 h、72 h疼痛分级，观察产后
宫缩痛情况。结果 在各个时间点两组比较，观察组产妇宫缩痛明显轻于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<
0.05)。结论 对经产妇实施脐疗联合随身灸灸三阴交穴能有效预防产后宫缩痛，增加产妇舒适度，树立母乳喂
养信心，提高母乳喂养率。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of umbilical therapy combined with portable moxibus-
tion in the prevention and treatment of after-pains. Methods One hundred and fourty women of vaginal deliv-
ery were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 70 cases in each group. The study
group applied alleviating pelvic pain powder at Shenque acupoint and portable moxibustion at Sanyinjiao acu-
point once a day for three days. The control group applied routine care. Pains of 24 h, 48 h, 72 h after-birth
from all members were classified according to WHO pain scale standard. Results The after-pain in the study
group was significantly lighter than that in the control group at each time point, with statistically significant dif-
ference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Umbilical therapy combined with portable moxibustion is
effective against after-pains, which helps comfort delivery women and encourage breastfeeding.
