      【摘要】 目的 了解老年住院患者死亡原因及疾病构成，以便做好老年疾病的预防工作，降低老年患者的死亡
率。方法 对15年老年人住院死亡病例进行回顾性调查，以国际疾病分类 ICD-10为依据，采用软件 Excel对有
关数据进行统计分析。结果 死因构成前三位分别是循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤，占死亡人数的
69.62%。结论 掌握老年住院患者的死亡原因，为今后疾病预防提供有力的信息和依据，提高老年患者的生存率。
