标题：超声内镜在食道黏膜下隆起性病变的诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨小探头超声内镜在食道黏膜下隆起性病变中的临床诊断价值。方法 收集海口市人
民医院105例经小探头超声内镜诊断食管黏膜下隆起性病变的患者，结合内镜下治疗及病理结果，比较小探头超
声在诊断及鉴别诊断各种食管黏膜下隆起性病变的价值。结果 小探头超声能够清晰的分辨食管壁各层结构：
由内向外分别为黏膜层、黏膜肌层、黏膜下层、有基层及浆膜层，超声内镜下依次表现高、低、高、低、高回声。常
见的食道黏膜下隆起性病变为息肉、平滑肌瘤、静脉瘤、脂肪瘤、囊肿。超声内镜诊断与病理诊断的符合率分别
为100%、85.7%、100%、100%、100%，因而能够指导食道黏膜下病变的治疗及判断预后。结论 小探头超声内镜
是诊断及鉴别诊断食管黏膜下隆起性病变病变的有效手段。

Clinical application of miniprobe sonography in esophageal submucosal lesions.

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of miniprobe sonography in the diagnosis and differential diag-
nosis of esophageal submucosal lesions. Methods A total of 105 cases of submucosal lesions diagnosed by mini-
probe sonography and treated with endoscopic treatment, were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 105 cases
esophageal lesions, esophageal polyp was the most common, followed by esophageal liomyoma, and esopha-
geal cyst and phlebangioma. The consistence of nimiprobe sonography diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis for
polyp, liomyoma, cyst, lipomyoma, phlebangioma, and external pressure lesions were 100% , 85.7% , 100% ,
100% and 100% , respectively. Conclusion Miniprobe sonography is a useful method for the diagnosis of
esophageal submucosal lesions, which is of great help to guide the treatment.
