标题：IL-8基因多态性与幽门螺旋杆菌易感性的相关研究

      【摘要】 目的 探讨白细胞介素-8（IL-8）-251A/T基因多态性与幽门螺旋杆菌易感性的关系。方法 收集
我院消化内科2009年1月至2011年6月间的幽门螺旋杆菌阳性的慢性胃炎患者共276例作为实验组，阴性患者
301例作为对照组。利用PCR-RFLP技术检测基因多态性，利用统计学方法对数据进行分析。结果 AA、AT、
TT三种基因型的检出例（率）在实验组中为 45例(16.3%)、152例(55.1%)、79例(28.6%)，对照组中为 107例
(35.5%)、146例(48.5%)、48例(15.9%)，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。等位基因A/T在实验组和对照组
中的检出率分别为 43.8%/56.2%和 59.8%/40.2%，组间比较差异亦具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 白细胞介
素-8基因-251A/T基因多态性与幽门螺旋杆菌的易感性具有密切关联，等位基因T可能是幽门螺旋杆菌感染的
危险因素。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between 251A/T polymorphism of IL-8 and the suscep-
tibility of Helicobacter pylori. Methods A total of 276 cases with Helicobacter pylori positive were chosen as the study
group, and 301 cases with Helicobacter pylori negative as the control group. The gene polymorphism was detected by
PCR-RFLP and the data were statistically analyzed. Results The cases (rate) of AA, AT, TT genotypes detected was
45 (16.3%), 152 (55%), 79 (28.7%) in the study group and 107 (35.5%), 146 (48.5%), 48 (15.9%) in the control group.
Difference between the two groups has statistical significance (P<0.05). Alleles of A/T in the study group and the con-
trol group was 43.8%/56.2% and 59.3%/40.7%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion -251A/T polymorphism of IL-8 is closely related with the susceptibility of Helicobacter pylori, and the T
allele may be the risk factors of Helicobacter pylori infection.
