标题：真核细胞翻译起始因子4E蛋白在鼻咽癌中的表达及其临床意义

      【摘要】 目的 半定量分析真核细胞翻译起始因子4E（eIF4E）在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其与各临床病理参
数的相关性。方法 采用SP免疫组化法检测40例鼻咽癌组织和40例癌旁鼻咽黏膜慢性炎组织中eIF4E蛋白的
表达情况，使用 Image pro-plus 6.0软件分析 eIF4E蛋白表达的阳性程度。结果 鼻咽癌组织及鼻咽黏膜慢性炎
组织中eIF4E蛋白表达平均光密度值（MOD值）分别为（0.153±0.041）和（0.109±0.037），二者差异具有统计学意义
(P＜0.05)。鼻咽癌组织临床分期越晚，阳性表达率越高；分化程度越高，阳性表达率越低；eIF4E表达在淋巴结转
移组织中明显高于无淋巴结转移组织(P＜0.05)。结论 eIF4E与鼻咽癌的进展及生物学行为有密切关系，可作
为判断鼻咽癌恶性程度的指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of eIF4E protein in nasopharyn-
geal carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathologic features. Methods In 40 patients of nasopharyngeal carci-
noma and 40 patients of nasopharyngeal chronic inflammation tissues, the eIF4E protein levels detected with SP immu-
nohistochemistry method were analyzed semi-quantitatively by Image pro-plus 6.0 image software. Results The
mean optical densities (MODs) of eIF4E protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and chronic inflammation tissues were
(0.153±0.041) and (0.089±0.037), respectively, which shows that the positive expression rate of eIF4E in nasopharyn-
geal carcinoma were higher than that in chronic inflammation tissues (P<0.05). The positive expression of eIF4E was
associated with TNM stage and lymphnode metastasis. Conclusion eIF4E may play a role in the carcinogenesis and
progression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
