标题：局部浸润压迫法在桡动脉采血中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨生理盐水局部浸润压迫法在桡动脉采血中的应用效果。方法 选择我院 ICU 2012年4
月至2012年8月间反复住院患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用看、触的常规方法，观察
组在寻找桡动脉时采用局部浸润压迫法，比较两组患者一针穿刺成功率。结果 观察组的一针穿刺成功率为
92.0%，明显高于对照组的76.0%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 生理盐水局部浸润压迫法简便易学，可
作为桡动脉采血常规技巧推广使用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of physiological saline local infiltration pressure meth-
od in radial artery blood taking. Methods One hundred patients with repeated hospitalization in ICU were ran-
domly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group
was given conventional method looking for radial artery, but the observation group adopted local infiltration pres-
sure method. The success rate of a needle puncture was compared between the two groups. Results The success
rate of a needle puncture in the observation group was 92.0%, significantly higher than that in the control group
(76.0%, P<0.05). Conclusion The method of physiological saline local infiltration pressure is simple and easy to
learn, which should be spread as a routine skill in radial artery blood taking.
