标题：集束化干预提高新生儿预防接种质量的研究

      【摘要】 目的 探讨集束化干预对新生儿注射接种预防的影响，为保证新生儿预防接种安全和质量提供干
预依据。方法 选取 2011年 6月 1日至 2012年 12月 31日在我院出生的新生儿 1 195例为实验组，以集束化干
预措施进行注射接种预防管理；以 2010年 1月 1日至 2011年 5月 31日新生儿 1 032例为对照组，采用常规操
作。结果 实行新生儿注射接种集束化干预后，新生儿乙肝疫苗和卡介苗 24 h及时接种率分别为 99.98%和
99.93%；卡证执有率为100%；卡介苗接种后阳转率为98.61%；且无疫苗接种后不良反应和并发症发生；无因新生
儿接种引起的纠纷、差错和事故发生；多人份疫苗卡介苗使用率提高了19.21%；产妇及其家属对注射接种预防方
面的满意率达99.81%。两组各项观察指标比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 集束化干预对新生儿注射
接种预防，保证了新生儿预防接种安全和质量，节约卫生资源，提高了满意度，创造了社会和经济效益。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of cluster-based intervention on the quality of neonatal pre-
ventive vaccination, in order to ensure the safety and quality of neonatal vaccination. Methods A total of 1 195 new-
borns born in our hospital from June 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012 were enrolled as the experimental group, which re-
ceived cluster-based intervention for management of neonatal preventive vaccination. Another 1 032 newborns born Jan-
uary 1, 2010 to May 2011 were selected as the control group, who received conventional management. Results After
the implementation of cluster-based intervention, the vaccination rates of hepatitis B vaccine and BCG 24 h timely
were 99.98% and 99.93%, respectively, with the card holding rate of 100%. The seroconversion rate after BCG vacci-
nation was 98.61%, and no adverse reactions and complications were found, as well as disputes caused no neonatal
vaccination, errors and accidents. The utilization rate of multidose vial BCG was raised by 19.21%, and the satisfac-
tion rate of the women and their family to preventive vaccination was 99.81%. The two groups showed statistically sig-
nificant difference in all the indexes (P<0.05). Conclusion Cluster-based intervention helps ensure the safety and
quality of neonatal preventive vaccination, conserve health resources, increase satisfaction, and create social and eco-
nomic benefits.
