      【摘要】 目的 探讨惠州地区中老年人群腰椎骨密度(BMD)的分布规律和骨质疏松患病情况。方法 采用双
能X线吸收测量法( DEXA )对人口≥45岁的896例惠州居民的腰椎骨量进行测定,用SPSS10.0统计软件对数据进
行处理。结果 惠州地区腰椎骨密度在45岁开始随年龄的增加而逐年减少;50岁后女性骨量的丢失速率明显快于
男性;女性50~59岁骨量开始快速丢失,约60岁后趋缓;女性患病率明显高于男性(P<0.01)。结论 惠州地区中老
年人群随着年龄的增长,BMD逐渐降低,骨质疏松患病率明显增加,女性更为明显,为惠州地区骨质疏松的防
治提供了临床参考价值。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the distribution pattern of lumbar spine bone mineral density (BMD) and
the prevalence of osteoporosis in the elderly in Huizhou region. Methods Using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry
(DEXA), the lumbar bone mass was measured in the population≥45 years old (n=896) in Huizhou region. Data were
analyzed with SPSS10.0 software. Results In Huizhou region, the lumbar spine bone mineral density began to de-
crease year after year from 45-year-old. For the females, the loss rate of bone mass was significantly higher than males af-
ter 50-year-old. The bone mass was dropped rapidly for the female aged 50~59 years old and then dropped slowly after
60-year-old. The prevalence in females was significantly higher than that in males (P<0.01). Conclusion For the elderly
in Huizhou region, with the age increasing, the lumbar spine bone mineral density decreased gradually, and the preva-
lence of osteoporosis increased significantly, especially in females, which provides significant clinical reference for
the prevention of osteoporosis in Huizhou region.
