      【摘要】 目的 探讨循证护理模式在普外科中的应用效果。方法 将我院收治的286例普外科拟行手术患
者随机分为对照组和观察组各143例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用循证护理，分析两组患者的治疗依从性、
对护理服务满意度、疼痛情况及生存质量情况。结果 观察组治疗依从性显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义
（P＜0.05）。观察组对护理服务满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者疼痛程度显
著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组与对照组护理前Spitzer评分总分差异无统计学意义（P＞
0.05），观察组护理后Spitzer评分总分显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 循证护理模式应用
于普外科手术患者中，可显著改善患者的情绪状态及生存质量，值得临床推广应用。

Application of evidence-based nursing in the general surgery nursing.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application and effect of evidence-based nursing in general surgery.
Methods Two hundred and eighty-six patients scheduled for surgery in the Department of General Surgery were ran-
domly divided into the control group and the observation group. Conventional nursing was used in control group,
while evidence-based nursing was applied in the observation group. The treatment compliance to nursing service, satis-
faction, pain and survival quality were analyzed between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance in the
observation group was significantly superior to that in control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
The satisfaction of nursing service in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,
with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The pain condition in the observation group was significantly better
than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant
difference in the total Spizer score between the observation group and the control group before nursing. However, the
total Spizer score of the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after nursing, with sta-
tistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can significantly improve patient's
emotional state and survival quality, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
