      【摘要】 目的 了解中、小学教师健康状况，提出应对策略。方法 分析2012年度海口市某区2 850名中小
学教师健康体检资料。结果 指标异常者高达98.4%，各项体检结果完全正常者仅43人。前四位检出疾病及指
标异常项目为：咽炎、高血脂、心电图异常、脂肪肝等；检出率分别为33.26%、20.88%、18.00%、11.58%。脂肪肝、
尿酸高、胸片异常，男女比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 加强预防保健、及时治疗才能保证中
小学教职工的身体健康，提高工作效率。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the health status of teachers in primary and middle school, and to pro-
vide countermeasures. Methods The health examination date of 2 850 teachers in primary and middle school in
some district of Haikou city were analyzed. Results Of the 2 850 teachers, 98.4% teachers had abnormal indexes in
examination, and only 43 teachers had completely normal indexes. The first four abnormal indexes of the teachers
were pharyngitis, high blood lipids, ECG, fatty liver, with the detection rate of 33.2%, 20.8%, 18.0% and 11.6%, re-
spectively. There are statistically significant difference between men and women in thyroid ultrasonography abnormali-
ties, fatty liver, high uric and chest abnormalities (P<0.05). Conclusion The healthy status of teachers is causing in-
creasingly worry. Hence, we should pay much attention to the prevention and timely treatment of diseases in order to
ensure teachers’health and improve their work efficiency.
