标题：小儿腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊治分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊断及治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析2007年9月至
2012年9月我院收治的31例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患儿的临床资料。结果 31例患者均采用非手术治疗而痊愈，
其中2例因梗阻持续不缓解而急诊剖腹探查，均因“冰冻腹腔”而中止手术，术后肠梗阻均逐渐解除。结论 明确
术后早期炎性肠梗阻诊断前需排除机械性肠梗阻和继发于腹腔内感染等原因造成的麻痹性梗阻等疾病；中西医
结合的非手术综合治疗方式是小儿腹部术后早期炎性肠梗阻的主要治疗手段。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment for early postoperative inflammatory small
bowel obstruction in children. Methods A retrospective analysis was undertaken in 31 children with early postoper-
ative inflammatory small bowel obstruction from June 2007 to june 2012. Results All patients were cured by con-
servative treatment. Two cases underwent emergency surgery for uncontrolled small bowel obstruction, but both of
them terminated operation for frozen abdomen. The postoperative small bowel obstruction all relieved gradually.
Conclusion We need to eliminate possibilities of mechanical ileus and paralytic ileus caused by intra-abdominal in-
fection before making a definitive diagnosis of the early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction. The
main therapy for early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction is non-operative treatment of traditional
Chinese and Western medicine.
