标题：溃疡性结肠炎患者血清P物质、血管活性肠肽及内皮素检测结果分析

      【摘要】 目的 探讨部分胃肠激素在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的变化及两者的相关性。方法 选取武警海南
总队医院2002-2011年住院确诊为溃疡性结肠炎患者53例为实验组及同期健康体检者36例为对照组，采用放射
免疫法检测其血清SP、VIP和ET水平，分析其与溃疡性结肠炎发病的关系。结果 与正常对照组比较，溃疡性结肠
炎患者血清SP [(1130.75±109.85) μg/ml vs (426.64±89.62) μg/ml]、VIP [(124.81±17.61) μg/ml vs (83.26±7.65) μg/ml]
和ET [(157.73±28.39) μg/ml vs (88.65±13.76) μg/ml]水平均升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 SP、VIP和
ET在溃疡性结肠炎患者中均明显升高，可能与溃疡性结肠炎发生、发展相关。

Analysis on the detection results of substance P, vasoactive intestinal peptide and endothelin in the serum in
patient of ulcerative colitis.

【Abstract】 Objective To study change in the levels of gut hormones in patient of ulcerative colitis, and to
evaluate the relationship between them. Methods The levels of serum substance P (SP), vasoactive intestinal peptide
(VIP), endothelin (ET) were determined by radioimmunity in 53 patients of ulcerative colitis (the study group) and 36
health adults (the control group). Results The levels of serum SP [(1130.75±109.85) μg/ml vs (426.64±89.62)μg/ml],
VIP [(124.81±17.61) μg/ml vs (83.26±7.65) μg/ml] and ET [(157.73±28.39) μg/ml vs (88.65±13.76) μg/ml] were all
significantly higher in the study group than the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two
groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The levels of SP, VIP and ET increase in patients with ulcerative colitis, which per-
haps participate the pathophysiology of ulcerative colitis.
