标题：保留腮腺咬肌筋膜联合口腔修复膜植入预防味觉出汗综合征

      【摘要】 目的 探讨保留腮腺咬肌筋膜联合口腔修复膜植入在预防腮腺肿瘤切除术后味觉出汗综合征的
临床效果。方法 将我院2006-2011年收治的68例良性腮腺肿瘤患者随机分为2组各34例。试验组保留腮腺
咬肌筋膜联合口腔修复膜植入；对照组常规手术切除腮腺咬肌筋膜。术后一年采用问卷调查和碘—淀粉试验检
测味觉出汗综合征阳性率。结果 试验组有2例患者，对照组有4例患者不能按时到院复查。问卷调查味觉出
汗综合征阳性率：实验组为 3.1% (1/32)，对照组为 46.7% (14/30)；碘-淀粉试验阳性率：实验组 0% (0/32)，对照组
33.3% (10/30)。实验组与对照组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 保留腮腺咬肌筋膜联合口腔修复膜
植入能显著降低腮腺肿瘤切除术后味觉出汗综合征发生率。

Reservation of parotid masseter fascia and prosthodontics membrane in the prevention of Frey's Syndrome.

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of reservation of parotid masseter fascia and prosthodontics
membrane in the prevention of Frey's Syndrome after parotidectomy. Methods Sixty-eight patients with benign pa-
rotid tumors were divide into two groups: the experimental group (n=34, parotidectomy with parotid masseter fascia
reservation and prosthodontics membrane implantation), the control group (n=34, parotidectomy without parotid mas-
seter fascia reservation). One year after operation, the patients were evaluated for gustatory sweating syndrome by
both questionnaire and minor starch-iodine test. Results Two patients in the experimental group and 4 patients in the
control group missed review in time. Subjective evaluation of Frey's syndrome revealed that the incidence rate of the
experimental group and the control group were 3.1% (1/32) and 46.7% (14/30), respectively (P<0.05). Starch iodide
test revealed that the incidence rate of the experimental group and the control group were 0 (0/32), 33.3% (10/30), re-
spectively (P<0.05). Conclusion Reservation of parotid masseter fascia and prosthodontics membrane is an effective
method for the prevention of Frey's syndmme after pamtidectomy.
