      【摘要】 目的 研究慢性肝病组织中血管内皮生长因子-A（VEGF-A）和生存素的表达及其临床意义。
方法 收集手术切除并经病理学证实的原发性肝癌38例，应用免疫组化方法检测原发性肝癌、乙肝肝硬化和慢
性乙型肝炎组织中VEGF-A和生存素的表达。结果 VEGF-A在慢性乙型肝炎、乙肝肝硬化及原发性肝癌组织
中的阳性率分别为26.7%、73.1%和68.4%，三者之间的差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；生成素在慢性乙型肝炎、乙肝肝
硬化及原发性肝癌组织中蛋白阳性表达率分别是 33. 3%、46. 2%和 84.2%，三者之间的差异有统计学意义（P<
0.01）；生成素在HCC组织中的表达明显高于在慢性乙型肝炎、乙肝肝硬化组织中的表达(P<0. 01)。结论 随着慢
性肝病进展，VEGF-A与生成素在肝组织中的表达逐渐升高，二者可作为HCC早期诊断的标志物。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor-A (VEGF-A) and
survivin in chronic hepatopathy tissues and to evaluate their clinical significance in chronic hepatopathy diagnosis.
Methods Expressions of VEGF-A and survivin were detected by immunohistochemistry in tissues of chronic hepati-
tis B, hepatitis B associated liver cirrhosis and primary liver cancer (PLC). Results The positive rates of VEGF-A in
tissues of chronic hepatitis B, hepatitis B associated liver cirrhosis and PLC were 26.7%, 73.1% and 68.4%, respective-
ly (P<0.01). The positive rates of survivin in tissues of chronic hepatitis B, hepatitis B associated liver cirrhosis and PLC
were 33. 3%, 46.2% and 84.2%, respectively (P<0.01). Conclusion The expressions of VEGF-A and survivin increases
with the development of chronic hepatopathy. VEGF-A and survivin can be important diagnosis markers of PLC.
