      【摘要】 目的 探讨外伤性脾破裂患者的抢救及其护理体会。方法 2000-2012年我院诊治70例脾破裂
患者，给予及时抢救和手术治疗，术后在常规护理基础上密切观察病情和生命体征指标的变化，做好术后并发症
的预防措施。结果 70例脾破裂患者经过相应手术治疗和护理后，67例治愈，治愈率为95.7%，3例死亡，其中2
例死于失血性休克，1例死于静脉栓塞。结论 外伤性脾破裂患者经及时抢救和术后合理的护理干预，能够明显
提高患者的生存率，避免术后并发症的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the rescue and nursing experience of traumatic rupture. Methods Seven-
ty patients with traumatic rupture in our hospital from 2000 to 2012 were given the emergency rescue and surgical
treatment. Based on the routine postoperative nursing, the changes of the patients' condition and the vital signs indica-
tors were observed, and the preventive measures for the postoperative complications were performed. Results After
corresponding treatment and nursing, 67 (95.7%) of the 70 patients were cured, and 3 patients died. Two patients died
of hemorrhagic shock and one died of venous thrombosis. Conclusion For the patients with traumatic rupture, time-
ly rescue and postoperative reasonable nursing intervention can significantly improve the prognosis and prevent com-
plications.
