标题：参与式护理在肿瘤放疗所致局部皮肤损伤中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 总结肿瘤放疗所致局部皮肤损伤的护理体会。方法 将我院接受放疗的82例肿瘤患者随
机分成两组。观察组41例采用参与式护理加赛肤润涂敷；对照组41例采用常规护理加医用射线防护喷剂，比较
两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组局部皮肤发生损伤时间在31 d之后的比例明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察
组局部皮肤损伤分级达到Ⅲ级的比例明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 赛肤润涂敷联合参与式护理能有效预
防、减轻肿瘤放疗所致的局部皮肤损伤，提高患者的生活质量，具有临床应用价值。

Nursing experience of tumor radiotherapy-induced local skin injury.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate nursing experience of tumor radiotherapy-induced local skin injury.
Methods Eighty-two cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the observation group (41
cases) received participatory care and sanyrene coating, while those in the control group (41 cases) applied routine
care and medical ray protective sprays. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The proportion of
local skin injury time after 31 days in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control
group (P<0.05); the proportion of local skin injury scale up to grade Ⅲ in the observation group was signifi-
cantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of sanyrene and participatory
care model can effectively prevent and mitigate tumor radiotherapy-induced local skin injury, and improve the quality
of life of patients, which has great clinical value.
