标题：支气管哮喘患儿出院后实施电话随访健康教育的效果评价

      【摘要】 目的 探讨用电话随访方式对支气管哮喘出院患儿及其家属进行健康教育的效果。方法 将出
院的支气管哮喘患儿共128例随机分成观察组和对照组，每组各64例，出院时两组均进行出院指导，不同的是观
察组还继续接受出院后的电话随访教育，采用自制问卷调查表调查。结果 1年后观察组患儿家属对健康教育
知识掌握率为87.5%、复诊率为92.1%、再次住院率为7.8%、满意度为95.3%，而对照组家属对健康教育知识掌握
率为59.4%、复诊率为39.1%、再次住院率为31.2%、满意度为75.0%，观察组明显优于对照组 (P<0.01)。结论 电
话随访式健康教育明显提高了出院后支气哮喘患儿家长对疾病知识的掌握程度，有效控制哮喘复发，降低再次
住院率，提高满意度。

Effectiveness of telephone interview and health education for bronchial asthmatic children discharged from
hospital.

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effectiveness of telephone interview and health education for bronchial
asthmatic children and their family after the children are discharged from hospital. Methods A total of 128 bronchial
asthmatic children discharged were randomly divide into the treatment group and the control group, with 64 children
in each group. At the time of discharge, discharge instructions were clearly explained to both groups. However, only
the treatment group received health education by telephone interviews after the discharge. After one year, all the pa-
tients were investigated by questionnaires. The results were compared between the two groups. Results After one
year, in the treatment group, the family's understanding of bronchial asthma exceeds 87.5%, rate of return visit of the
doctor was 92.1%, rate of readmission into the hospital was 7.8%, and degree of satisfaction of hospitalization was
95.3%, which were significantly better than those in the control group (less than 59.4%, 39%, 31.2%, 75%, respective-
ly). Conclusion Health education in the form of telephone interview can improve the family’s understanding of the
disease (bronchial asthma), effectively control the recurrence of bronchial asthma, reduce the probability of readmis-
sion into the hospital, and improve the degree of satisfaction of patients and their family.
