      【摘要】 目的 验证无盖杰雪消毒效果的可靠性，为临床使用提供客观实验依据。方法 ①浓度测定(实验
组：无盖洁雪12瓶放置60 d后检测浓度；对照组：有盖洁雪12瓶放置60 d后检测浓度)。②皮肤实验(自身对照，
实验组30例：无盖杰雪消毒患者右手背皮肤，消毒区采样细菌培养72 h；对照组30例：有盖杰雪消毒患者左手背
皮肤，消毒区采样细菌培养 72 h)。结果 ①浓度测定；有盖洁雪、无盖杰雪浓度均在标准范围内(醋酸氯已定
5.0~5.5 g/L、乙醇70%~75%),两者比较差异无统计学意义(醋酸氯已定 t=-0.196，P=0.847、乙醇 t=-0.355，P=0.726)；
②皮肤实验：有盖洁雪、无盖杰雪消毒皮肤后均无细菌生长。结论 无盖杰雪消毒效果可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective To verify the reliability of no-covered Jie Xue’s sterilizing effects, and to provide the
objective evidences for clinical application. Methods (1) Concentration experiment: the concentration was measured in
12 bottles of no-covered Jie Xue after 60 day (the study group) and 12 bottles of covered Jie Xue after 60 days (the con-
trol group). (2) Skin experiment: The dorsal skin from 30 patients were disinfected with no-covered Jie Xue (on the right
side, the study group) and covered Jie Xue (on the left side, the control group), then sampling and 72-hour bacterial cul-
ture were performed. Results (1) Concentration experiment: The concentrations of no-covered Jie Xue and covered Jie
Xue were both in standard range (Chlorhexidine Acetate 5.0~5.5 g/L, Ethanol 70%~75%), with no statistically signifi-
cant difference (Chlorhexidine Acetate t=-0.196, P=0.847; Ethanol t=-0.355, P=0.726). (2) Skin experiment: There were
no bacteria grown in both groups for skin experiment. Conclusion No-covered Jie Xue's sterilizing effects is reliable.
