      【摘要】 目的 探讨集束化护理在预防骨科卧床患者便秘的临床效果。方法 将80例骨科卧床患者随机
分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组采取集束化护理方法，比较两组患者排便情况。
结果 经过集束化护理，观察组排便总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 集束化护理对于
骨科卧床患者预防便秘有重要临床意义和价值，值得进一步推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of cluster-based nursing in the prevention of constipation
of the sickbed patients in Department of Orthopedics. Methods Eighty sickbed patients in Department of Orthope-
dics at any time were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The con-
trol group adopted conventional nursing, while the observation group adopted cluster-based nursing. The defecation
was compared between the two groups. Results After cluster-based nursing, the total efficiency of defecation was
significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The cluster-based nursing
for sickbed patients in Department of Orthopedics to prevent constipation has important clinical meaning and value,
which is worth popularizing.
