      【摘要】 目的 分析阴茎折断的临床特点和治疗体会。方法 回顾分析2003年11月至2011年5月收治的
8例阴茎折断患者的临床诊治资料，均予以急诊手术治疗，清除血肿，探查损伤的部位和数目并缝合白膜破裂
处。结果 手术探查发现6例有阴茎海绵体破裂，1例为单纯阴茎背深静脉破裂，1例为阴茎海绵体白膜破裂合并
阴茎背深静脉破裂。术后随访6~12个月，1例自感勃起时硬度较前有所不如，1例勃起时可触及一硬结。8例患
者均无阴茎畸形、海绵体纤维化、勃起功能障碍等并发症。结论 阴茎折断绝大多数通过病史和查体即可确诊，
尽早手术可取的满意效果。

Clinical analysis of 8 cases of penile fracture.

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical features and treatment of penile fracture. Methods The clini-
cal data of 8 patients of penile fracture admitted in our hospital from November 2003 to May 2011 were retrospective-
ly analyzed. The patients all received emergency surgery to remove the hematoma. The site and the number of injury
were ascertained, and the rupture of albuginea was sutured. Results Surgery revealed that six patients had corpus
cavernosum rupture, one had simple penis deep dorsal vein rupture, and one had corpus cavernosum albuginea rupture
and simple penis deep dorsal vein rupture. The patients were followed up for 6~12 months. One patient showed dimin-
ished hardness during erection, one was found with an induration during erection. All the 8 patients showed no compli-
cations such as penis malformations, cavernous fibrosis, and erectile dysfunction. Conclusion The vast majority of
penile fracture can be diagnosed by medical history and physical examination. Performing surgery as soon as possible
can achieve satisfactory results.
