标题：微创术根治肛周深部多间隙脓肿38例疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨微创术根治肛周深部多间隙脓肿的临床效果。方法 76例肛周深部多间隙脓肿患者
随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各38例，观察组采用微创根治术，对照组采用切开挂线根治术，术后给予抗感染
治疗，每日换药 2次。比较两组患者的手术时间、创面愈合时间和住院时间。结果 观察组治疗有效率为
84.2%，显著高于对照组的 63.2% (P<0.05)；观察组的手术时间、创面愈合时间和住院时间均显著低于对照组
(P<0.05)，随访1年，观察组的复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 微创术根治肛周深部多间隙脓肿疗效显
著，可以缩短患者的治疗周期，降低术后脓肿复发率，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of minimally invasive surgery for perianal deep space abscess.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery for perianal deep space ab-
scess. Methods 76 cases with perianal deep space abscess were randomly divided into test group and control group,
with 38 cases in each group. The test group was given minimally invasive surgery, and the control group was given inci-
sion thread surgery, All the patients were given anti-infection treatment after surgery and dressing twice a day. The opera-
tive time, wound healing time and governance hospitalized time of the two groups were compared. Results The total
effective rates of test group and control group was 84.2% and 63.2%, respectively, with ignificant difference (P<0.05).
The operative time, wound healing time and governance hospitalized time of the test group were significantly less than
those of the control group (P<0.05). Follow-up for one year, the recurrence rate of test group was significantly lower
than that of the control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery for perianal deep space
abscess is satisfactory, can reduce the treatment time and recurrence rate of postoperative abscess.
