      【摘要】 激光光凝术目前仍是治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的金标准，当前药物治疗作为激光治疗的辅助治疗手
段，可有效预防糖尿病视网膜病变所致的视力缺损。本文就糖尿病视网膜病变药物治疗新进展进行综述。

【Abstract】 Laser photocoagulation is still the gold standard therapy of diabetic retinopathy. Present pharmaco-
therapy, as an adjunct to laser photocoagulation, serves as a useful tool in the prevention of vision loss from diabetic
retinopathy and related disorders. This review summarizes the up-to-date developments in the pharmacotherapy of dia-
betic retinopathy.
