      【摘要】 目的 探讨影响Pilon骨折内固定治疗效果的相关因素。方法 回顾分析2005年1月至2012年10
月63例Pilon骨折患者的临床诊治资料，进行多重Logistic多因素回归分析。结果 63例Pilon骨折患者手术总
优良率为77.8%，其中Ⅱ型骨折优良率为86.5%，Ⅲ型骨折优良率为65.4%。患者的性别、年龄及是否伴有腓骨骨折
与疗效无显著相关性，而软组织损伤、骨折类型及植骨与否则与Pilon骨折内固定治疗疗效密切相关。结论 手术
前后重视对软组织的保护、准确判断骨折类型，选择恰当的方案并适当植骨可提高Pilon骨折内固定治疗效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relevant factors influencing the efficacy of intra-fixation in Pilon frac-
ture. Methods The clinical data of 63 cases of Pilon fracture from Jan. 2005 to Oct. 2012 were retrospectively ana-
lyzed by multiple logistic regression. Results The total effective rate reached 77.8%, and the effective rate of typeⅡ
Pilon fracture, typeⅢ Pilon fracture was 86.5%, 65.4%, respectively. The clinical efficacy showed no significant cor-
relation with age, gender, and whether with fibular fracture, but was correlated to soft tissue injury, fracture type and
bone graft. Conclusion The efficacy of intra-fixation in Pilon fracture can be improved by emphasizing on the pro-
tection of soft tissue before and after surgery, accurately judging the type of fracture, selecting the appropriate program
and bone grafting.
