标题：炎性因子的表达与骨-肌腱结点损伤的相关性研究

      【摘要】 目的 探讨 IL-1、IL-6及 IL-17表达与骨-肌腱结点愈合之间的相关性。方法 随机选取36只成
年新西兰大白兔作为实验对象，所有新西兰白兔分别于术后2周、4周、8周取材。实验动物行组织学检测和双抗
体夹心ABC-ELISA法检测。结果 术后2周、术后4周实验动物血清中 IL-1、IL-6及 IL-17的表达显示升高，其
表达水平与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后8周实验动物血清中 IL-1、IL-6及 IL-17的表达与术前比
较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 炎性因子 IL-1、IL-6及 IL-17与骨-肌腱结点愈合之前相关性极高，研究
其相关性在结点病治疗中有着重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of IL-1, IL-6 and IL-17 and
bone-tendon junction injury. Methods Thirty-six adult New Zealand rabbits were selected as experimental subjects.
Samples were taken 2, 4, 8 weeks after operation for histological detection and double antibody sandwich ABC-ELI-
SA. Results The levels of IL-1, IL-6 and IL-17 increased significantly 2, 4 weeks after operation, compared with
before operation (P<0.05). The levels of IL-1, IL-6 and IL-17 eight weeks after operation were not significantly dif-
ferent from that before operation (P>0.05). Conclusion Inflammatory factors (IL-1, IL-6 and IL-17) are closely cor-
related with bone tendon junction healing.
