标题：护理单元规范化管理模式的建立与实践

      【摘要】 目的 通过实施规范化护理管理，锻炼护理队伍，构建和谐的医患关系，减少管理漏洞，提升护理
品质。方法 在病区护理流程、护士培训、护理风险管理上应用企业规范化管理理念及模式，较实施规范化护理
模式前和实施后的满意度及护理质控结果。结果 实行规范化护理模式以来，各病区的护理标识达到统一规
范、护理服务流程清晰。患者满意度各个模块以及总体得分均高于实施前，P<0.01。病区管理合格率、护理措施
落实率、护理文书书写合格率、急救药品合格率、健康教育落实率等项目均较实施前显著提高，P<0.01。差异均
具有统计学意义。结论 规范化护理模式有助于全面提高护理质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To train the nurse team, build up symphonious doctor-patient relationship, decrease
management defects and promote nursing quality by performing standardized nursing management. Methods Enter-
prise standardized management ideas and modes were utilized in endemic area nursing, nurse training and nursing risk
management. Results With the performing of standardized nursing management, the nursing signs of each endemic
area became unified and standard, the procedure of nursing service became clear. The scores of each modular and over-
all in patients' satisfaction degree were all significantly higher than that before performing (P<0.05). The nursing qual-
ity related parameters were all improved, including degree of patient satisfaction, management conformity rate, nurs-
ing intervention implement rate, nursing documents conformity rate, firs-aid medicine conformity rate, health educa-
tion implement rate. Conclusion Standardized nursing mode was helpful to improve nursing quality.
