      【摘要】 目的 回顾性分析我院互助献血情况，使患者在血源紧张时期能科学合理的输血。方法 对我院
2011年4月至2012年9月临床互助献血情况进行统计，根据互助献血指定患者的血型、用血理由、用血时间、互助
献血的总量、献血者血型、献血者与患者的关系等进行分析。结果 在149例需要互助献血的患者的亲属379次
献血中，外科手术患者的亲属献血237次，献血次数为我院最多，其次为消化内科患者的亲属献血60次，再次为
其他内科的亲属献血45次，血液内科患者的亲属献血37次。结论 择期手术患者的家庭、亲友、所在单位以及
社会互助献血是暂时可行的，危重症患者、无能力互助者、曾经献血者要适当调剂。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the condition of mutual blood donation in our hospital, enabling patients
to receive scientific and rational blood transfusion in short of blood source. Methods The condition of mutual blood
donation in our hospital from April 2011 to September 2012 were analyzed, patients' blood type, reasons for blood trans-
fusion, time of blood transfusion, quantity, donors' blood type, relationships between patients and donors. Results Of
the 379 cases of blood donation from relatives (for 149 surgical operations), 237 were from the Department of Sur-
gery, 60 were from the Department of Gastroenterology, 37 from Blood Department of Internal Medicine and 45 for
other departments. Conclusion It is acceptable for donating blood from family members, relatives, friends, public
for patience scheduled for surgical operation. Proper adjustment should be made for the disabled, severe patients and
blood donors according to the condition.
