标题：预见性护理预防髋部骨折术后患者深静脉血栓形成的效果观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨预见性护理干预预防髋部骨折患者术后深静脉血栓形成（DVT）的效果。方法 将我
院2010年6月至2012年6月收治的120例髋部骨折手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例，观察组在常规术
后药物治疗及基础护理的同时应用预见性护理程序实施护理干预，对照组仅给予常规术后药物治疗及基础护
理，观察两组患者的护理效果。结果 观察组患者术后DVT发生率为3.3%,对照组为13.3%，其差异具有统计学
意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者的平均住院时间低于对照组，其差异亦具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者对整体
护理的满意度及治疗依从性均高于对照组，其差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 髋部骨折患者围术期实
施预见性护理干预可有效地降低患者DVT并发症的发生，同时提高整体护理满意度。

Clinical observation of predictive nursing intervention in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis for patients
with hip fracture.

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the measure for conducting the predictive nursing intervention in the
prevention of deep vein thrombosis for patients with hip fracture, and then to evaluate the clinical results of predictive
nursing intervention. Methods One hundred and twenty patients receiving hip fracture were divided into the control
group (60 cases) and the observation group (60 cases) randomly. The patients in the control group were given the nor-
mal postoperative treatment and nursing, while the predictive nursing intervention was provided for the patients in the
observation group in addition to the normal postoperative treatment and nursing. Then the clinical date of all the pa-
tients was analyzed, and the nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative deep
vein thrombosis rate was 3.3% in the observation group and 13.3% in the control group, with statistically significant
difference (P<0.05). The length of hospital stays of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the con-
trol group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was significantly better than that in the con-
trol group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis for patients with
hip fracture can effectively prevent the formation of DVT and improve the clinical satisfaction of nursing.
