标题：恶性疟患者血清AST/ALT比值与溶血的相关性探讨

      【摘要】 目的 探讨恶性疟患者血清AST/ALT比值特征及其与溶血的关系。方法 测定40例在我院住院
治疗的恶性疟患者和 40例正常对照者血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、乳酸脱氢酶
(LDH)、腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、总胆红素(TBIL)和血常规，分析AST/ALT比值变化，采用简单回归分析和多元回归分
析恶性疟患者AST/ALT比值与溶血的关系。结果 恶性疟患者的AST、ALT、ADA、LDH、TBIL、Hb、PLT与正
常对照者比较差异均有统计学意义。恶性疟患者AST/ALT为（1.59±0.89），正常对照者为（1.19±0.58），二者差
异有统计学意义。AST/ALT比值与Hb呈负相关，与 LDH呈正相关，与ADA、TBIL、PLT、性别、年龄等无关。
结论 恶性疟患者血清AST/ALT比值可作为溶血标志，对恶性疟诊断有重要提示意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the levels of AST, ALT in falciparum malaria patients, and to explore
the relationship of AST/ALT ratio and hemolysis. Methods The AST, ALT, ADA, LDH, TBIL, and blood routine of
40 falciparum malaria patients (the study group) and 40 healthy individuals (the control group) were investigated and
analyzed retrospectively. Results The levels of AST, ALT, ADA, LDH, TBIL, Hb, and PLT showed statistically sig-
nificant difference between the study group and the control group. The AST/ALT ratio was (1.59±0.89) in the study
group and (1.19 ± 0.58) in the control group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P=
0.0249). The AST/ALT ratio has a negative correlation with hemoglobin, but a positive correlation with lactate dehy-
drogenase. Conclusions The AST/ALT ratio serves as an indicator for hemolysis, which has great significance in the
diagnosis of falciparum malaria.
