标题：框架眼镜矫正和角膜接触镜矫正近视眼90例效果分析

      【摘要】 目的 探究框架眼镜矫正和角膜接触镜矫正近视眼的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2010年6月至
2011年6月收治的90例近视眼患者，随机将其分为A、B两组，各45例。其中A组患者采取佩戴框架眼镜的方案
矫正，B组患者使用角膜接触镜矫正，观察并比较两组患者矫正后的视力情况。结果 B组矫正后视力为1.0~1.2
的人数占 68.69%，明显优于A组(11.11%)；B组患者的镜片屈光度为 1.75~10.00 D，明显低于A组的镜片屈光度
(3.25~16.00 D)；B组矫正后的视功能情况较A组好，远、近距离水平斜隐范围均明显小于A组患者，AC /C比率平
均值高于A组患者；戴镜后，B组适应感好的人数占93.33%，并发症的发生率为2.22%，适应性较A组好，并发症
发生率较A组低，其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 配戴角膜接触镜能够有效改善患者的视功能，矫正
视力，且患者配戴后的适应性及舒适度好，角膜并发症少，值得临床上推广。

Clinical efficacy of glasses and contact lenses in correcting myopia: a report of 90 cases.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of glasses and contact lenses in correcting myopia.
Methods Ninety patients with myopia admitted to the hospital from June 2010 to June 2011 were selected and ran-
domly divided into two groups (group A and group B), with 45 patients in each group. Patients in group A of patients
wear glasses to correct myopia, while those in group B patients used contact lens. The visual acuity after correction
were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Patients with visual acuity after correction within 1.0~
1.2 accounted for 68.69% in group B, significantly higher than 11.11% in group A. The lens diopter of group B was
1.75~-10.00 D, significantly lower than that of group A (3.25~16.00 D). The visual function after correction was sig-
nificantly better in group B than group A, the far, close-the horizontal oblique implicit range was significantly less in
group B, and the average AC/C ratio was significantly higher in group B. In group B, patients had a good sense of ad-
aptation accounted for 93.33%, and the incidence of complications was 2.22%, significantly better those in group A
(P<0.05). Conclusion The contact lens can effectively improve the patient's visual function, visual acuity, with good
adaptability, high comfort and few complications, which is worthy to be extended in clinical practice.
