      【摘要】 近年来，尽管对于脓毒症的认识和治疗取得相当大的进展，但是临床上脓毒症的治疗效果并不令
人满意。本文就近年来脓毒症的诊断、治疗进展以及目前的缺陷和未来的发展方向等进行总结和阐述。

【Abstract】 In recent years, although the understanding and treatment of sepsis has made considerable prog-
ress, the therapeutic effect is still not satisfactory. This article summarizes the diagnosis, treatment of sepsis, the cur-
rent progress and defect of treatment, as well as the development in the future.
