标题：医用臭氧联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎40例疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨医用臭氧（O3）关节腔注射联合仙灵骨葆胶囊对膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 选
择144例膝骨性关节炎患者，随机分为A、B、C三组各48例。A组给予35 ?g/ml O3 15 ml关节腔注射，每周注射1
次；B组给予仙灵骨葆胶囊口服，2次/d，每次 3粒（500 mg×3）；C组联合应用O3和仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗，剂量及
用法同A组、B组；以上三组分别治疗 4周。比较各组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分（VAS）、膝关节活动度（ROM）
及Lysholm膝关节功能评分，并将C组在治疗后 4周、8周、12周的三项评价指标分别与同时点的A组、B组的
相应指标做比较。结果 治疗后各组的VAS评分、ROM、Lysholm功能评分均较治疗前明显改善；且C组的
VAS评分在治疗后 4周、8周、12周均低于同时点的A组、B组(P＜0.05)，C组的Lysholm功能评分在治疗后 8
周、12周均优于同时点的A组、B组(P＜0.05)，而在ROM的改善上，C组与A组、B组比较差异无统计学意义
(P＞0.05)。结论 医用臭氧关节腔注射联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎可有效缓解关节疼痛、改善关节功
能，临床疗效优于单用医用臭氧、仙灵骨葆胶囊。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of medical ozone combined with Xian Ling Gu Bao (XL-
GB) in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred and forty-four patients with knee osteoarthritis
were randomly divided into three groups: group A, group B and group C, with 48 patients in each group. The patients
in group A were treated with intra-articular injection of 15 ml (35 μg/ml) medical ozone once per week. The patients in
group B were treated with 3 pills (500 mg×3) of XLGB twice a day. The patients in group C were treated with medical
ozone combined with XLGB. All of the three groups were treated for 4 weeks. The VAS score, ROM and the Lysholm
knee score of the three groups were recorded and compared preoperatively and at 4, 8 and 12 weeks postoperatively.
Results The VAS score, ROM and the Lysholm knee score of three groups were all significantly improved after
treatment. The VAS score of group C were significantly lower than those in group A and group B after treatment (P<
0.05). Moreover, the Lysholm score of group C were significantly higher than those in group A and group B at 8 and
12 weeks postoperatively (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference on ROM between group C and the
other two groups after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion The pain was relieved and the articular function was im-
proved obviously in patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with medical ozone combined with XLGB. The clinical ef-
fect was superior to that of ozone or XLGB used alone.
